CLIENT A - Continuity Issues

Situation

We have a client that had been using interns to process and clean their data. Interns by default, move onto different department. There were no process notes. Time is lost when new starters joined as they had to "find their way".

Action

We went in, reprocessed all the history, corrected the errors and trained our team to manage the clients unique processes. We then ensured that the tasks could be covered by another team member to ensure continuity. This includes all the subtle nuances and changes that happen.

Result

The client is now resilient to changes in circumstances and enjoys absolute continuity. This gives them data that has led to cost savings and delivered sales growth. Reliable data also led to improved trade terms which increased profitability.​​​

CLIENT B - Fixing Errors

Situation

The client had been using a very large third party to clean their data. They had zero experience in Travel Retail and it did not run detailed checks on the output. This led to delays in the data and resource using precious time running checks and sending back errors.

Action

We ran a range of checks on the historical data to find that the dataset was largely inaccurate. One Red Kite recommended that the data was set up again using our proprietary tool and thorough checks were completed.

Result

The client now had access to accurate data that highlighted key opportunities that were previously hidden. The client also had access to reliable data in a timely manner. This improved the relationship with retailers and increased productivity.​​​

CLIENT C - New Metrics

Situation

The client wanted to squeeze more value out of their data. 

Action

We created new metrics and put them into dashboards that are designed to be easy to use.
